For this reason, we have established perfect after-sales regulations as follows:


1.Regulation on product warranty
(1) The device enjoys a warranty period of one year.
(2) Within the warranty period, the products with quality problems or technical obstacle not caused by intentional damage will be repaired or replaced free of charge. After the warranty period expires, we also provide long-term follow-up service and our products can enjoy repair at preferable price for life.


2.Emergency service system
(1) Remote maintenance: user may make technical consultation to the technician directly through the after-sale service hotline. After the enterprise after-sale service department receives failure telephone from user, records will be made by the designated person to reply within half an hour and propose solutions.
(2) On-site maintenance: help user to handle failures and try to solve through telephone or network communication as soon as possible. If problems can’t be solved through above ways, the enterprise will arrange the engineer to go to the site in the shortest possible time. The maintenance personnel will arrive at the site within 2-48 hours according to different geographical location and traffic.


3. Return visit
The enterprise insists periodical return visit system in the way of dispatching personnel to go to the site or telephone contact to actively get to know operating condition of equipments at the site and do record and data management works well, thereby providing reliable data for maintenance and improvement of products.


4.On-site technical support
The enterprise provides the user with 2-4 hours’ technical training, which will be conducted by the engineer concerning site installation, operation, equipment maintenance and software use to make the operator master main points of product installation, use and maintenance rapidly.
